For Women

Sometimes getting pregnant can be a difficult and emotional journey, even with IVF.

Opt-IVF helps improve the chances of a successful treatment cycle, giving women a better opportunity to achieve pregnancy.

A Deeply Personal Story

Dr. Urmila began her journey as an IVF patient herself. After experiencing the uncertainty, hope, and heartbreak that can come with each cycle, she became determined to make the process easier and more effective for other women.

What started as her own search for answers grew into a mission to help others feel more supported and have a better chance of success in their IVF journey. Opt-IVF was born from that personal experience—built with empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for every woman trying to conceive.

Patients FAQ

Our clinical trials have shown that patients who follow the Opt-IVF protocol are +42% more likely to become pregnant .

We cannot guarantee that Opt-IVF will work for you.

Compared with standard clinical practice, Opt-IVF has been shown in clinical trials to improve outcomes in all of the following subgroups of patients.
  • Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
  • Women with predicted poor ovarian response to hormonal stimulation.
  • Women with predicted normal ovarian response to hormonal stimulation.
  • Women 35 years of age and higher.
  • Women under the age of 35.

We cannot guarantee that Opt-IVF will work for you.

We recommend you discuss this with your IVF doctor. Opt-IVF is individualized for each stimulation cycle, based on the responses to stimulation seen during the early part of that cycle. Opt-IVF is therefore expected to maximize the yield of mature follicles irrespective of the presence of other conditions, but the only variables investigated in clinical trials were age, ovarian responsiveness, and the presence or absence of PCOS.

No, reducing the hormone dose will not reduce your likelihood of getting pregnant.

Our clinical results demonstrate that on average, we were able to reduce the total Gonadotropin dosage by an average of -30%, while increasing the likelihood of pregnancy.

Looking at the growth of each follicle in response to hormones given during the first 5 days of the stimulation cycle, Opt-IVF uses sophisticated modeling and dose optimization to maximize the number of follicles.

On average, hormone doses during an entire cycle are 30% lower when Opt-IVF is used to guide dosing.

Opt-IVF helps reduce the stress of undergoing IVF in several ways.
  1. Less testing required: No blood tests are needed, and a transvaginal ultrasound is only needed on day 1 and day 5. This means fewer visits to the clinic. Each visit takes up at least a morning, so you save time by not having to go to unnecessary appointments.
  2. Reduction in Costs: Less testing and lower hormone doses mean lower costs overall.
  3. Higher Pregnancy Rates: The higher pregnancy rate and the increased number of high-quality embryos directly translate to fewer patients needing another stimulation cycle.
  4. Lower Hormone Doses: Hormones at the high doses typically required during stimulation can wreak emotional havoc. The lower hormone doses that Opt-IVF suggests are likely to be helpful in this regard.
  5. Waiting for Test Results: No more anxiety waiting for the results of each ultrasound. The hormone doses for the rest of the cycle are determined on day 5 itself.

No, Opt-IVF is intended for use only by licensed medical professionals.
